Maisano Coffee Concepts provide staff for all functions and events. There is an art in making high quality espresso coffee and for this reason all of the Maisano baristas have been trained at Mebourne’s finest coffee schools to offer the best coffee making skills available.

It is highly recommended that if your staff are not well trained in coffee making skills and the use of the commercial machines, then the services of the Maisano baristas are utilized. This of course is optional.

The Maisano Coffee Concept Baristas:

are responsible for creating sales through interaction with the customer while providing each customer with a quality product and maintaining the equipment’s cleanliness standards.
Under some circumstances, personnel management, administrative duties, cash and inventory controls, and execution of policies and procedures may be required.
