In 1995, as the café scene in Melbourne began to flourish, Maisano had the insight to create a small coffee cart business incororating two staff, two coffee carts and first-rate coffee making skills.

With the spirit of innovation, expertise and creativity, Maisano built a state-of-the-art mobile espresso bar known as the ‘coffee cart’. The coffee cart could be manoeuvered in and out of small places and strategically placed to serve hundreds of espressos and cappuccinos and the like with ease, speed and tremendous flair.

Today, Maisano Coffee Concepts is Australia’s largest event coffee-caterer. With over 30 carts and 100 staff, it remains a family owned and operated business, offering an undisputed level of service, experience and professionalism.

Maisano's carts have appeared at over 4000 events and functions in Victoria and have served in excess of 2 million ‘true’ Italian-style takeaway coffees to Australia’s passionate coffee crowds.
